  As a custom design/build firm, we can build projects of all sizes—and we do! From simple paver patios with some nice seating walls and columns to large outdoor room projects with fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, and pools, we can deisgn and build anything. But, we aren't serving you efficiiently if we design a project that is not aligned with your budget preferences. It's our goal to design and build a custom space for you and in order to that, it's important we align on budget expectations as early in the process as possible.

  What is a plot plan?

  A plot plan is an architecture, engineering, and landscape architecture plan drawing which shows the buildings, utility runs, equipment layout, the position of roads, etc. Plot plans are also known more commonly as "site plans."
